Dehydrated crickets

Are these dehydrated/freeze-dried things any good? Any nutrients preserved? Or, would my leos basically be munching on dusted chitin? The animal/pet industry is so fraught with poor information and outright false claims on their products. I am hoping someone has some true inside knowledge or knows how to access some accurate information.
