I'm not entirely sure of the nutritional value, but I do know that your leo probablly won't even know they are food, since they hunt things and tend to really on see things that are moving. I've heard of vibrating dishes to make the crickets appear alive, but I just assume use mealworms, they move on their own and can't escape and wreak havok. But that's just my opinion.
