I keep mine the same way that you keep yours. In a tupperware in the fridge. I actually tried freezing them once, but had a soggy mess when they thawed out. I think I'll try mattman's way of using the paper towels. Sure makes sense to me. Wish I had thought of his idea, and I've been doing beardies for years now.
