There is a great product by tupperware called Fridge Smart. It is ribbed on the bottom to prevent the veggies sitting in water, and you can adjust level of ventalation. It came out like 5 years ago and I used to use it all the time. Then again I used to only have to feed three iguanas. I basically have been getting my greens daily here. I was able to keep prepared chopped Iguana salad (greens, acorn squash, yams, parsnips, green beans) fresh in the fridge for up to a week and a half, and uncut fresh for almost 3 weeks. One thing to do is wash and DRY your greens before placing in the fridge. Wrapping in paper towels and replacing when they are wet also helps.
