Posted by: shelley7950 at Fri Jan 2 13:47:51 2004 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by shelley7950 ] Oh dear...First of all, find out exactly what the store's return policy on livestock is...it should be written on your receipt or other paperwork you got with the lizard...sometimes its posted in the store...If their policy is they will only give refunds on sick animals, then you're probably going to have to take the lizard to a vet; have the vet give you a written report on his findings, making sure he notes that the lizard was clearly sick (or in poor condition) before you got it and didn't become sick after you purchased it...Take the vet report and the lizard back to the store and ask for a refund...If they're still not helpful, ask to speak to the owner or manager--If it's one of the big chain stores, ask for the phone number and/or address of the regional manager's office... | ||
