You can simply make the file smaller. Open the file up in any image editing software and save it as a jpg with dimensions in the 800 x 600 range. Increase the amount of jpg compression and you should be able to get the file size down to less than 100Kb, if not half that size.

Or, in windows XP, simply right click on the file and one of the choices should be "resize picture". Select a smaller size (800x600 or smaller) and save it. Then upload that smaller file to KS and you should be able to post it.

Shouldn't take more than a minute to complete the process and then we can give you your answer.
