I cannot say what is going on right now but can only offer one thing of advice and let you know what I would do if I were in this situation. Aside from getting the vet appointment on Monday.....

One of the most important things to remember when treating a sick reptile is hydration. The meds she is receiving, the extra heat and stress could all be factors that could lead to dehydration which can start a downward spiral of her health.

Pedialyte is what I use for times like this. For a very good guideline and FAQ sheet, take a look at Tricia's page which also mentions the correct dosage. (copy and paste below link)

I'm not saying Tyrk is indeed dehydrated but this is just one thing that stands out in my mind as being very important in times like this.
