I have the fogger that you're talking about. It tends to just pour the fog out the sides and down. Might try putting the fogger by itself on top of the cage. But they do tend to splash a lot. What I do when the humidity is really low is drap a towel, sheet, or blanket around the cage and then mist it till it's throughly wet. I use a pillowcase cut open. It raises the humidity by about 35%. Hope that helps!
