The pink eyes tell you a lot. What you seem have is an amelanistic (albino) Texas Ratsnake. It may still be an intergrade, in fact it looks like what you get when you cross a texas with a yellow. Since it is albino, it will be hard to tell. I hope you will post more pictures of your snake when it gets older. Is it a male or female?
I have started to collect E. obsoleta's myself. I have blacks, yellows, grays and Texas rats. My Texas rats are the orange varient. I think they are great looking snakes myself. I will be looking to breed mine in a few years when they mature.
