Sounds like she's dominating him.Is she acting aggressively towards him? It can be very subtle too.Things like taking the best basking spot, getting to the food first.Perhaps even just the stress of a new cagemate is affecting him?

Try separating them and see if his appetite picks up.You want to first look at what has changed from when he was fine till now, and the new Uro is a big 'ol flashing sign in my opinion.I'd try that first and if it's something else then you can work from there.It wouldn't hurt to get a fecal as was said to check for parasites too.
