Yes, it's perfectly normal that the beardies have bubbles in their mouths while gaping.



I would definitly give your beardie something else to eat than just collard greens until you can get more crickets. Buy some pellets (juvenile/growth formula), and try to get him to eat them. Also, provide a good variety of greens and fruits. Check out the food chart at http://www.beautifuldragons.com/



Beardies should have a varied diet. Only one kind of leaf won't do it.
