i have the juvie beardie pellets, they sayhey are the only soft moist pellets, but they aren't very soft or moist at all, i think that they are zoo med, but i'm not positive, anyways, anyone have any good pointers on how to use these, cuz when you soak them they just fall apart, thanks again
