My new adopted beardie

Here's some pictures of my new adopted beardie. I got him from a friend of a friends who no longer had the time for him. He's a little jumpy and nervous so I assume he wasn't handled much. Hopefully with regular handling he'll calm down for me. Few questions though. His longest toes on both of his back legs seem kinked or double jointed looking. Is this normal because my younger dragon's toes are straight. Also I picked him up Sunday night and tonight he threw up. He threw up undigested meal worms and crickets. Could he just have been nervous about the move and change of environment? Thank you for any input.
