I would definitely take a stool sample to the vet....could be parasites, but what are his cage temps.....beardies need to be warm to digest.....80 cool side, 90-95 warm side and a basking area with several temp choices from 100-108 or so. Often a dragon throwing up undigested food is because their temps aren't high enough.
