Bills are usually easier to pass in the House. The more contraversiol (sp), the more it won't pass. Contact the Pet Advisory Council and other pet owners. This is a bad bill.

Offer and amendment through your senator or another senator. this means you write it and put a cover sheet on it. Allow reptiles in stores that are captive breed, all 501C3 rescues and ban carnivals from giving pets away,etc. Find out why the bill was introduced, etc
