So my uro's haven't been gaining weight at all except my male he's only gained 10 grams in almost a year. My female has only gained 2. If you look at the pic of my male you can tell he's not deyhdrated. I filled up my bath tub about a 1/4 inch of water at 107 degrees and i put Drakkin in it. I weighed him in at 56 grams before he went in. He laid there with his eyes closed and his mouth opening and shutting quickly. I was a little scared but let it go on. He then got up and ran further into the water and strted gulping it with his tounge a little. I took him out and dryed him completely and put him on the scale. To my suprise he was a wopping 64 grams. That was a 8 gram gain. More than half a years weight gained in one sitting. I tired with my female but she was being her stubborn self and didn't do the same thing. I really am going to start to get worried about her because i got her at 46 grams last march (when i got both of them) and she's only gained 2 grams. I think for the next week or so i am going to put a water dish next to the food to see if i can get some better results out of either of them. If anyone has anything they think will help please tell me. My temps are fine. Basking area is 130, then when you move on down the tank it goes 85 then to 78. The temps are right. They don't have parasites and they have both been to the vet. They both had worms when i got them but they were put on medication. I spray water on their food every morning whgen i put it in.
