Just Got Fire bellies

a friend of mine just gave me two fire bellied newts. ive been unable to get them to eat, and i cant find newt pellets.
anyone who can give me an idea of what to feed them id appreciate it. also, she gave me a fire bellied toad and an albino clawed frog. anyone who has an idea on either of those please let me know.
