Catalpa Worms...moth caterpillar? Do you have a picture? (more)

You may have to rear them yourself so that you can see the moth and identify it. You already know what they eat so you've got the hard part taken care of...keep a few in a plastic box, keeping a steady source of fresh catalpa leaves for them to eat until they spin. Then wait to see what comes out. Once you have a moth and pictures of the caterpillars, contact Bill Oehlke with pictures and see if he can help you identify it.
