Heating

It probably does make a difference how you heat your snakes and the humidity in the room (depending on where you live).



My background basement temp is pretty low so I have to apply a lot of heat with heat tape and I notice that particularly with the under tank racks they tend to dry out with only a moderate number of holes. I also live in the west and it's very dry so I find myself taping over holes on tubs where I got carried away and sometimes even spraying tubs down. I suppose it's probably a completely different situation with a hot humid room.
