Size does matter

Your dimensions would be o.k. for one. Two adults (depending on which subspieces) would be cramped. Always,Always,Always go with as much room as your limits will allow for. Even in my 150gal. tanks, they still could use more room. Unfortunetly, 3-150's, 1-100,and numerous other tanks are all squeezed into our master bedroom. (Wife threatening "Bunkbeds"!)
