I'd get a small plastic sterelite container that can fit into a styrofoam cooler (those cheap kinds that you can get for $3-$4) and drill some holes to provide some ventilation. Tape a heat pack on the bottom of the cooler (make sure you open up the heatpack 2-3 hours before you put the gecko in so that the heat pack can attain it's max temp), pack the cooler with newspaper or packing peanuts, and fit the sterlite container into the newspapers/packing peanuts so it can't get jostled around. Add a digital temp probe into the thing so you can monitor temps while you transport (should stay between 75 and 85 deg F). Also make sure the heat pack never touches the sterlite container, it's just there to raise the ambient temp of the box (and they get friggin hot, 120 deg F). Also, if you're in a heated car, then you might not even need the heat pack.
