I supplement with the t-rex snadfire superfoods Uromastyx formula at every feeding. It is a complete food in powder form. It has both Macro(protein,carbs,fats) and micro(vitamins and minerals) nutrients. It contains the same amount of d3/kilo of dry product as minerall-I and is safe for daily usage.
