...the reason that you did not receive a "serious response" is that the question you ask has no answer other than "who knows?".
Q: How long is a piece of string?
A: Who knows?
Q: My child is 5 foot tall and hasn't eaten for 3 days...how old are they?
A: Who knows?
Since you've had your ball python for 1 year and 2 months, she's at least 1 year and 2 months old. If we knew how big she was when you got her, it might possibly help. For example, if she was 18 inches long when you got her, we might deduce that she was possibly in her first year of life at that time...in which case she would now possibly be in her third year of life. If she was 3 feet long when you first got her, we might deduce that she was possibly at least a year old when you got her...but possibly more.
Some animals thrive well...some do not.
Some animals are fed well...some are not.
You need to realize that it is impossible for anyone to give you an answer based on the information that you have provided.
I'm sorry if this is not the answer that you're looking for, but it's about the only accurate answer that I can give you.
