With insects I use Miner-all and once every couple of months..

I add essential probiotics to all of my monitors and the beardies food. I dont use calcium supplements with my albigs except the probiotics (once every couple of months). The mice, rats, and chickens have enough calcium and vit D3 for them. My ackie and the beardie get them on their insects and the beardies veggies.
