My snakes stuff is on the outside

Alright, my baby albino is having problems... as usual. But up until now it's just been a feeding and shedding problem. Well all of a sudden there is this large sac hanging out of the open where he goes to the bathroom. It almost looks as if he tried to take a dump and his blatter came out. That's the best way I can describe what has happened to him. I'm not really sure what i should do about it, because I don't know what it is. I'm not sure if the sex of the snake has anything to do with it, I was pretty sure up until now that all of them (i have 3 babies in a large tank)were all male, but I could easily be wrong. If anyone knows what this is, or what i should do, please let me know.. I'm worried about my little trouble maker. lots of thanks..
