Posted by: bmulcahy at Sat Jan 24 20:18:49 2004 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by bmulcahy ] I got 4 corns (2 males and 2 females) in October of 2002 and put them all in one tank.I know by a year they should be seperated. However, I never did it and they are a year and a half now.Two weeks ago I finally seperated the males from the females (2 per tank - I was afraid they would mate before the females were ready. Yes, I know it could of been too late)- the snakes are in my class and I have limited space because I also have 4 beardeds in my class and two other corns. Back to my question- ever since I split them they have been going crazy trying to get out of the tank and watching the other tank. One of the girls on several occasions stares at the other tank with her mouth open like she is going to eat and stays that way for a while. Do they miss each other? I know everyone says they don't have feelings, but when they were in the tank together all 4 always slept together. Should I do anything or does anyone have any ideas. | ||
