Roach question...

I am considering getting a reptile that eats insects, but still not 100% decided on what. But what I am thinking about first is what food types I am willing to keep and what I can breed. So I am wanting to find out more about roaches.



Are there any roaches that don't climb glass but breed well and are considered good food for lizards? I don't think I can handle having roaches who can climb out of a glass tank or even a smooth plastic one if that is how I plan to cage my lizard.



Are there any good caresheets on raising and breeding roaches that are helpful to take a look at?
