riddle me this...

I have a female about 2 years old. She is almost as round as a ball. Very plump and solid... but the fat pads in her head are sunken in and she does not have a big thick tail. Her fat pads in her head sunk in last year and I thought she was gravid. They never came back up again. She is active, eats like a pig and seems otherwise healthy. Any thoughts?
