FireBelly Newt with solid red belly!

Hi,

I recently purchased a new firebelly newt (C. orientalis) for my tank. Interestingly enough, his stomach is entirely red except for one small black dot. It this possibly some type of morph (hypo?) and if so, has anyone heard of others like this. I'll get pictures up soon.
