This will be used for geckos and anoles (and possibly a frog). First, will unglazed clay store bacteria? Second, is it overall safe? And lastly if you have any other suggestions for a material other than clay it would appreciated too (I was considering plaster but am unsure of how to work with it or where to obtain it).
