Hello

Pharoah I *think* wants to come out of brumation. I say i think because a little while ago he had gotten up to bask for the first time in a month and a half, so i fed him a few medium sized crickets that i had (he usually gets extra large ones, but all i had was medium that i was feeding my crested gecko.) and he ate some of those but left some as well, but then went right back to sleeping in his cave again.

Today he was up basking, so i gave him a few slices of carrot (only veggie we had in the place) and he gobbled them up voraciously. so i went and got him 10 large crix and a few of his fav veggies (collards, a sweet potato and butternut squash. usually he gets more stuff but i didnt want to buy a bunch of different veggies only so he wouldnt eat them and go back to sleep ). the second he saw those crickets hit the bottom of his bowl he FLEW across his cage and ate them all within about 10 seconds, lol. i made him his salad and he is eating that all up right now, as if he is STARVING. Do you think he might be out of brumating for good now? or is this gonna be another fluke where i get all excited and then he just goes back into his sleep?

another question- should i feed him as many crickets as he wants, or should i only feed him a little bit for a while since he hasnt eaten much of anything in almost 2 months? Thanks for any input
