Is that the site you mean? It's the best there is. As long as you feed mostly foods that are marked in green on that chart, and a few that are marked in black, then you can use any of them you want, and you don't have to worry about the "technical info." You shouldn't rely on what exactly other people feed their dragons, because everyone uses a different mix.

Just get what is most readily available to you, and if it's marked in green on that nutrition chart, you can be assured it's a healthy staple.

As for your veggie mix, compare it to that chart for a little excersize in learning how to use it. As you can see by the color codes...
Romaine lettuce should be fed rarely.
Corn should be fed rarely.
Carrots should be fed rarely.
You can see this because they are all marked in blue, meaning they are sort of ok for the rare snack, but have very little nutritional value to your dragon. Parsnips are okay to feed occasionally, but still do not make for a well balanced nurtitional meal.

Please don't refuse to use that chart just because it's confusing. There is a reason it is so highly recommended. The technical info is confusing to me too, but the color code is what makes it so accessable to anyone. Bookmark it. Look it over and feel confident that anything marked in green is a great staple, and that's what you should be buying. Mix it up, don't always get the same thing and make the exact same salad. It will not only be boring to your lizard, but it will not be well balanced. Every time I go to the store I get different combinations of the foods marked in green and black on that chart, and I try to keep it interesting.

Good luck.
