what you listed as a proper diet (or actually asking if it was a proper diet) isn't a proper diet. Romaine isn't much better nutrition wise than regular iceberb lettace. This is what I do for dragon salads:

Two or more of the following:

collard greens
dandelion greens
mustard greens
endive
escarole

For variety, I often add one or two fo the following:

parsley
kale
chopped mixed frozen vegetables (thawed)
shredded carrots
zuccini
alfalfa sprouts
beansprouts

Occaisonally I use romain lettace, strawberries, graps, melons (honeydew or cantelope), pineapple, dandelion flowers or hispicus (or however that is spelled)

As for how much of each thing, typically, I use one or two leaves (depending on size) of the stables, with smaller amounts of what I use for variety. Its a bit easier for me now to have a variety as i feed pretty much the same thing to my guinea pigs so I have alot less waste.

Currently the stables I am using are collard greens, escarole and endive with parsley or kale, plus a little mixed vegetables (well, actually the last time I made greens for my brearded dragon I used the above..but had dandelions included. Right now my dragon is brumating so all my greens are going to my guinea pigs LOL).

I also regularly suppliment with a multivitamin and calcium suppliment on my dragon's crickets (or silkworms as the case may be) about 2-3 times a week. Once she is awake from her brumation, she will get pretty much the same thing again.
