As you handle your snake, it should become tamer, but remember that Rat Snakes like to keep moving while you hold them, so let the snake travel from hand to hand. Don't try to restrict it, rather try to direct where it goes. You want the snake to feel relaxed and safe. The more time you spend with it, the more it should trust you. [ Hide Replies ]
