#1 how big of a cage do they need
They need a cage that is at least 4 times as long as them and 4 times as wide as them.
#2 are they good starters
Like what was said before leopard geckos and bearded dragons are probably the best starter lizards that are out there. Uros are what some would say "intermediate".
# 3 are they tame
It depends on the lizard. Most are tame, but only after some work, others are very flighty and run away. But I have never heard of a Uro biting anyone, there is one exeption though, and that is if they mistake you for food.
#4 do they like to be held
Again it totally depends on the lizard. I have heard that some Uros actually enjoy being held and fall asleep in your hands, others will run away right once you put them down.
