Some old herper told me that they were catching rusties in Prince George's county Md back in the later 70's other guys have told me they came from Baltimore county MD. They are the only co-dominate colubrid out that I know of. There like most snake they very in color some are lighter and brighter than others. I bought mine from a show some yrs ago for $50 a baby....I seen them go as much as $150 a baby[het for amelanistic]
