It is just the shiney layer on top and it leaves a dull matte finish on his head. Could this be a humidity problem(i.e. not enough humidity) and his skin is just dry. The rest of his body is great. He isn't about to shed either. It looks fine after he sheds and then a few weeks later its back to peeling off. Help. Thanks and Gig Em. |
