Is this normal?

My beardie hasn't had a shed in so long that I can't even remember. He got these patches after I gave him a bath one night. I figured he has looked like this in the past before a shed but I don't remember him looking quite like this... He is also really lethargic lately.



Is this normal, or is he sick?!....
