I use them as treats every now and then for my adults & sub-adults, and they love them!!! If you choose any of the ones you mentioned I would suggest the crickets in the can by Zoomed. They are much moister then freeze dried. The nutritional analysis on the can is pretty close to what a normal gut loaded cricket would be if fed alive, but I don't think it would be a good daily feeder as the moistier will lead too runny stools if over fed, that and it would get a bit pricey. Actually for older adults who are fed a good green/veggie and pellet diet they might be a good choice for that 2-3 times a week feeder protein, hmm never tried that. It could work in that situation. Mine love them, but then again if you have a dragon that has to chase the crickets they might not be to hot on the non moving ones at first. At first to get mine to eat them I just put them in front of the dragon and just pushed them back and forth in front of them until they ate one, tasted them, and liked them. After that all I had to do was toss them in front of them and they would gobble them up. I would just dip one or two in whatever supplement powder I was using that day, and because they are moist they hold the powder real well so just dip the head in the supplement and that should be plenty. They also have two sizes of them. I know the ones in the yellow can are huge for a cricket, but if you can find the red can they are much smaller, and you can use them as treats now instead of waiting till they are big enough for the yellow can.
