I just bought two 100w powersuns from reptile direct. I used the new website (click a link on main page) and they ended up costing me $32 each. I'm still thinking about sending my burnt out one back and telling them I'm not going to pay the $12, but if they agree that the bulb malfunctioned and they think I deserve a new one, to send it to me, otherwise just throw it out.
