I have a 160 in my 4 foot by 2 foot by 2 foot cage and it gives optimal temps.I was a bit leery and afraid of making it too hot in there but i'm very happy with how it's turned out temperature wise.Not to mention the added UV rays he seems to enjoy.I can't comment long term as i've only had my Uro for a few weeks now but all seems well and he's active, and nice and chubby.

Pictures are a bit on the big side but you can see what i mean.
