You should have it checked by a vet. Since you said they were not kept real clean, there is a high chance they have an overload of them
Both can penetrate through the intestinal lining and get into the liver, block bile ducts and cause a yellow discoloration in tissue.
But whether coccidia, worms or a respiratory infection, with symptoms like that, you need medical care for it, probably both if they were together prior.
Breeding them to your male at this time should not even be an option, they need 3 months quarantine time, especially with their past care and they do not look like they have a real good fat layer down yet either to support being gravid a few times.
I know you also do not want to risk harming your male dragon's health that you have taken good care of by exposing him to them yet. ----- www.reptilerooms.com
