I don't really see the need in doing this. The mice will be sufficient. There is a chance that they won't even eat the anoles after being on mice and there is also a chance that they may decide they like the anoles better then the mice and refuse mice. I had used an anole's tail for scenting pinkies for a couple of problem feeders and instead of killing the anole I thought I would throw it in one of my aquariums with an adult corn. The anole lived for three months before I actually needed to use it for a friend's feeder problem.

There is no need for supplementation. More and more of the foods provided for mice are nutritionaly sound so when you have healthy mice you have healthy snakes.
