I would be concerned with what caused this too. I don't think one worm would be too much and therefore cause it to come back up. I also doubt that it was worm poo. My concerns would be things like blockage, parasites, or a bacterial infection. These would, of course, have to be diagnosed or ruled out by a vet unless you are experienced in such things.



The only other thing I could think of is that I have seen a very gravid female have problems eating a full worm but have also had females eat 2 or 3 before laying a clutch.



Check for mucous stringing or sheeting from the upper to lower jaw when the mouth opens. If this is present it is almost certain that there is something organic wrong with your dragons and a vet would be needed for diagnosis and treatment.



Hope this isn't serious but regardless, if there is an organic cause for this it will become serious rapidly.
