No offence to you Paradisio but didn't you just get your ig not long ago? I don't mean to be really.. rude or anything but, you, as a relative newbie to iguanas, shouldn't be giving out advice or reassurences on their care no matter how right you might be. I realize you're enthusiastic about the subject.. but I also realize there are a lot of people out there who would listen to some possible wrong advice you may give that you don't know is wrong and as such risk their animal's health.
While you are right on this subject... I would just ask you to try and stop giving advice for a while until you have more hands on experience. I am sorry if I come off sounding high handed or anything but I've seen too many people with a new animal think they know everything about that animal's care and give out wrong information that people listen to and risk another pet's health doing so.
If I'm wrong and you didn't just get your iguana and you've been dealing with iguana's for a long period of time.. then I apologize and you can ignore this. ----- Lucien
