You are right. I guess all iggys are different. There is no telling how his ig would react. Maybe if he fed him by hand near the food and if he ate then put the food back in the dish right in front of him. And show him that is where the food is. Just until he started eating out of the dish. I'm not sure. I hand feed my igs every morning and hold the plate up to them while they eat until they are done. Then I put the food dish in it's spot and they always go and eat out of it. I always like to know that they have eaten before I go and leave them.
