i would say go to vet, might need to be lanced. i had a ball that had a bump just like that in the same place but it was much larger ( he was a rescue and we got him like that). it was a simple absess but by the time we got him it had completely deformed his face. we had surgery performed serveral times, blood work, biopsy and a long regiment of antibiotics, but in the end we had to put him down it had just taken over to much of his face. i say all this to say, the vet felt if he had been treated when it was small and not involving so much of his face she would have been able to remove all affected tissue and he would have been fine. i'm not trying to scare ya, but i would not put off getting it looked at and treated.
