My baby ball, which I've had for a little less than a month, soaks in his water bowl a lot. Admittedly, I made his water dish just for this purpose, by taking a gladwear container and making a hole in the top so that he can go in it and feel safe. He spends time in his other hides too, so it's not that they aren't suitable. His temps are perfect, substrate is aspen, he is parasite free and has been vet checked, and he is feeding once a week on a small mouse. Only thing that could be wrong is humidity, as the top of his tank is screen and aspen doesn't hold humidity well. But on a normal basis it's about 55-60%. Is it okay for him to soak a lot? He acts fine otherwise, and he does move from hide to hide during the day. Any advice appreciated. Thanks!
