yea i might figure somthing out, dont want her to poke her eye or anything.. i think it workds like a charm too, and my mesh fits the needle thing perfectly. lol
im come from the City of Common people, i come from Hull in east yorks . were the ones that talk terrible english, lol. Its a high Casqued chameleon, and she'll be my second i have now, 3rd over all (one died a while ago) .
gald you liked it, lol
>>Jamie - I like that! I use the cartridge refills, too so I have a needle. Even after you file it down is it safe for the cham? You could probably devise a little wax or plastic cover for it.

>>BTW, where in UK do you live - just curious...I love it over there

Black up the hole leading into the needle part with a small peice of cotton wool (to stop water coming out really fast under pressure). Poke the seringe 'filed' needle through the hole you made in the cup. fill with water . you get small droplets that relewase every 3-5 seconds

I have a 20cc syringe that I had used to give one of my cats' medicine (the opening is about the size of an "o" on this page - no needle attached). I fill it with water (spring water, for anyone who is worrying about it and allow droplets to fall right near where the cham is sitting. Bart, my littlest guy, always seems to be the thirstiest so I go for him first. The girls don't drink right away but it stays in "puddles" on the foliage longer. Now, granted, this is rather labor intensive, but they are housed in my office (work from home) so it is easy to do. I also get less unwanted spillage onto substrate.
