I'm sorry to hear she isn't well. You are doing just what I would under the circumstances. IF you do wind up taking her to the vet see about having him check for bacteria. Maybe a culture on the saliva and/or feces.



Another thought is to give her a little warmer temps to see if that perks her up. Perhaps push it up to 84°F to see if that helps. Also palpate and see if you can feel any lumps that you don't think are eggs. If so a warm soak would be in order to get things moving.



I'm pulling for her and hoping she's just off feed or something.
